412-206-1066 Chelsea Rae Salon is one of the industry’s leading multicultural hair salons in Pittsburgh pa. FAQ’s DO YOU REQUIRE DEPOSITS FOR APPOINTMENTS? We only require a deposit for fantasy colors and color corrections. We do however, require a card on file for all clients. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT? We asked for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. You are then able to reschedule at that time. DO I NEED TO WEAR ANYTHING SPECIAL TO MY APPOINTMENT? No high collared shirts, turtlenecks, or hoodies, as they will be on our way, and most likely get wet. No hoop or long earrings, posts are acceptable. CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO MY APPOINTMENT ? We prefer that you come alone to your appointment. We are boutique style salon, and do not have room for extra guests. DO YOU DO KIDS HAIRCUTS? Yes, we do kids haircuts. We require at least one parent/adult to stay for the duration of your child’s haircut. HOW SHOULD I COME WITH MY HAIR STYLED FOR A DRY CURLY CUT, AND WILL IT BE WASHED? We prefer for your hair to be out and loose, no tight ponytails or sticky products. Yes, a wash is included with dry cuts. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS? Yes, gift cards can be purchased from our booking site at the top of the page labeled “about“. HOW CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT? You can book an appointment by going to our booking site. From there, you can choose a stylist on the drop-down menu, and click on a service. You will then choose a date and time, fill out your contact information, and book the appointment. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We except cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung, pay, and gift cards.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY 412-206-1066 Chelsea Rae Salon kindly asks that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation. A fee of 100% of your service will apply if your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours. This fee must be paid before your next appointment is scheduled. Discounted rates and coupons will not be honored. Absolutely no exceptions. By giving last minute notice, or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule in that time slot. We understand that delays can happen however, if you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that arriving late will require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied. In the event you miss two consecutive appointments without notification you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
